skinless chicken cut into cubes
chicken garlic sausages cut into pieces
1 1/2 times of rice
2 – 3
mixed herbs either fresh or dried
either saffron or turmeric powder
MAGGI Jumbo Chicken Cubes
Red, yellow and green bell pepper cut into pieces
Green and black olives
Salt and white pepper to taste
Chopped parsley and of fresh herbs to garnish
Season the chicken with 1 MAGGI Jumbo Chicken Cube and pepper
Wash the rice and keep aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Slightly temper the chopped garlic, onions, bay leaves and mixed herb.
Add the chicken and chicken garlic sausages, Temper for a little while.
Add washed basmati rice, olives, bell pepper and saffron. Sprinkle 1 MAGGI Jumbo Chicken Cube and enough water to cook the rice. Mix well and bring to boil.
Cover the pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes on medium heat, till the rice is cooked.
Take off the fire.
Garnish with chopped parsley and fresh herbs. Serve warm.
