  • Chicken seasoning cube 1 MAGGI
  • Steamed Rice 350g
  • Chicken meatballs 200g
  • Black pepper 3tbsp
  • Onion 25g
  • Garlic 15g
  • Ginger 15g
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Water 50ml
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs till golden brown
  • In a separate pan heat oil and sauté the finely chopped ginger, garlic and onion
  • Next, add the black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt to the mixture and stir well
  • Once it is mixed well, add the water, sugar and corn flour
  • When this sauce is ready, add the fried meatballs and 1 MAGGI chicken seasoning cube
  • Continue to mix well
  • Finally, sprinkle over some sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice
