MAGGI Mushroom Stew

  • Mushroom (Oyster mushroom 60g/ Button mushroom 60g)
  • thick MAGGI coconut milk (2 tbsp MAGGI Coconut Milk + 1 cup water) 01 cup
  • large onion (sliced) 01
  • tomato (sliced) 01
  • green cucumber (sliced) 01
  • green chilis 03
  • garlic cloves 04
  • Curry Leaves
  • piece of ginger 01
  • black pepper 01 ½ tablespoons
  • turmeric powder 01 teaspoon
  • chili powder 01 teaspoon
  • sugar 01 teaspoon
  • vinegar 01 teaspoon
  • mustard cream 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt as you need
  • Cooking oil as you need

1. Heat the oil and add garlic, ginger, curry leaves, mushroom, salt , chili powder, turmeric 

powder, pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes. 

2. Add vinegar, mustard cream, sugar and mix well.  

3: Next add one cup thick MAGGI coconut milk , for this add two tablespoons of MAGGI 

Coconut Milk Powder to 1 cup of water. 

4: Add sliced onions, tomato, green chili, green cucumber and mix well and serve.
